Milan, an illustrated walk

drawing the city

Milan has adopted me a couple of years ago. In my free time I love drawing some personal postcards from here.

Client: Personal Project

Agency: Illo Agency

Animations: Orazio Marino

Going down to the subway, on thursday, I always meet this very talented guitar player and we both say "hello!"

In the subway trains people spend time often listening to music or podcasts

Or scrolling and swiping their mobiles, ignoring the efforts of artists like this unleashed old breakdancer doing incredible stunts.

At the end of the day I love going to the Naviglio canal to see my wife rowing so hard. :)

A few times a week I dedicate my time to the spiritual art of kung fu. It's so relaxing and empowering and Chinese to me. :)

Sometimes we like to go to the Balera dell'Ortica (nettle dance hall) but we never really dance. We are ashamed to compare with these old super pro senior dancers.

When I go for a walk with my little nephew we always like telling stories about fantastic Milan standpipe taps.

I want to tell you a little secret. Walking in the neighborhood of Corso Buenos Aires, peering among the garden hedges, you may meet a family of flamingos taking a bath.
